The Ulpiana Forum strives to:

  • Provide a collaborative forum for long-term diplomatic exchange on diaspora engagement.
  • Identify and share the policy frameworks, technical tools, and soft skills required to build impact in diaspora engagement from the perspective of multiple stakeholders.
  • Materialize partnerships between states and across multiple stakeholders to deliver a more sustainable architecture of diaspora engagement for international development.
  • Advance a more positive outlook on issues relating to migration and mobility across public and political landscapes.
  • Create a process to track emergent trends across diaspora engagement to help better inform policy making and diaspora engagement.
  • Create a process to track how diaspora engagement can help address existing or emergent issues of global significance including, but not limited to, artificial intelligence, climate change, humanitarian crises, and security.

    Participation in-person at the Ulpiana Forum is by invitation only. But a limited number can
    register to follow the forum, the registration is based on first come first served. Only those who
    have received invitations and confirmed their attendance can attend the sessions. Credentials

    To participate in the Ulpiana Forum, you must first confirm your attendance and then complete

    In November, Pristina experiences low temperatures and moderate rainfall. Expect daytime
