Her Excellency Dr. Christine Walwyn was recently appointed Diaspora Ambassador for the government of St. Kitts and Nevis.
A former Seniors Lecturer at Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College in St. Kitts; owner of Walwyn Consulting, a premier Events Managing and Strategic Marketing Company; CEO of the St. Kitts Tourism Authority. Her firm, Walwyn Consulting has facilitated events for top clients such as World Bank, UNESCO, University of the West Indies, and the CARICOM Climate Change Centre
She devotes much of her time to the Business and Professional Women (BPW) organization and is currently the Regional Events and Financial Officer for North America and the Caribbean.
She works in Sports Administration and has been closely affiliated with the St. Kitts-Nevis Football Association, St. Kitts and Nevis Handball Association and the National Olympic Committee.
Her recent accolades include the successful staging of the 2nd Diaspora conference in St. Kitts and Nevis and the Chair of the Organizing Committee of the BPW International Congress 2024.
Dr. Walwyn has varied international experience, having lived and worked in Canada, USA and Italy. She comes from a family of 8 sibling and has many nieces and nephews whom she adores. With a mantra, “Work hard to play harder”, after work she specifically allocates her time to travelling and fun loving activities.
She is a devoted Methodist, and she holds a Ph.D. in International Business.
