Sakman

Dr. Tolga Sakman is the Founding Chairman of the Center for Diplomatic Affairs and Political Studies (DİPAM), a think tank based in Istanbul. He serves on the advisory boards of several universities and is also a lecturer. Dr. Sakman holds a master’s degree from the National Defense University and a PhD from Istanbul University. His research focuses on political participation of diaspora and securitization of migration, especially based on Turkish communities in Europe. He joined the projects of relative; public institution; gave lectures; published articles, books, reports etc on these issues in Turkish and English.
