Zdenko Lucić is a State Secretary for Economic Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia. He has more than 15 years of experience in attracting and facilitating domestic and foreign investments, regional and local development, as well as business processes. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Croatian public and private sectors. He previously served as State Secretary for Investments, PPP, and Competitiveness at the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, and Managing Director of the Agency for Investments and Competitiveness. Mr. Lucić graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and obtained an MBA at the University of Zagreb, Croatia. In addition to Croatian, he also speaks English and German.
