Anagnosti Cepe

Silda Anagnosti Çepe is the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Albania. She holds an MPA from the University of Tirana and specializes in criminal law, human rights, and data protection. In addition to her role as Deputy Minister, Silda serves as a member of the City Council of Tirana. She previously advised the Prime Minister of Albania (2017-2024) and was Director of Cabinet at the Ministry of Internal Affairs (2014-2017). She also worked as a National Legal Officer at OSCE from 2000 to 2014.
