Flaka Ismaili is the Program Manager for the Citizen Diplomacy Fellowship (CDF), which connects diaspora youth with Kosova through a 10-month immersive experience. With a background in government affairs, Flaka previously worked in the U.S. Senate for five years, covering global health, education, and healthcare. Prior to returning to Kosovo, she spent two years at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) leading their business development efforts. Flaka also has some experience in the fashion industry as a stylist and social media manager. She holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
