Arben Hajrullahu, Rector of the University of Prishtina and professor of Political Science, holds degrees from Prishtina, Graz, Vienna, and Huddersfield. His PhD on EU integration and peacebuilding in the Balkans won awards and was published in 2007. A Fulbright Fellow at UNC-Chapel Hill and visiting scholar at the Woodrow Wilson Center, he has over 20 years of research and advisory experience with institutions like the University of Graz and the Austrian Institute for International Affairs.
