The Diaspora Civic Engagement Forum 2024, held on December 9 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, is an event dedicated to fostering collaboration between members of the diaspora, policymakers, and civic leaders from both Kosova and its global diaspora. This forum seeks to advance strategies for enhancing civic engagement and strengthening connections between civil society organizations (CSOs) in Kosova and the diaspora.
Participants will engage in a range of activities, including interactive sessions and hands-on workshops focused on developing targeted strategies for collaboration. The event also provides a platform for dialogue, networking, and sharing best practices, all with the goal of deepening ties between Kosova and its diaspora. By spotlighting successful diaspora engagement models from other countries, the forum aims to inspire actionable initiatives for increasing diaspora participation in Kosova’s development.
Through this forum, we seek to create a sustainable, collaborative platform that links CSOs in Kosova and the diaspora with government institutions and the private sector.
