Krenare Loxhaj is a development professional specializing in rule of law, democracy, good governance, and gender equality. Currently serving as the Country Gender Focal Point and Rule of Law Advisor at GIZ Kosovo, she has over five years of experience driving impactful projects in governance and development. Previously, she worked with Kosova Democratic Institute, Transparency International Kosova, and the Kosovar Centre for Security Studies, focusing on transparency, security, and regional development. Krenare holds a Master’s in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Prishtina.
