Sihana Bejtullahu, Co-Executive Director of GERMIN, holds a Master’s in School Psychology and Counseling and has over a decade of experience in CSOs. Since 2019, she has led diaspora, youth, and women empowerment initiatives, advancing GERMIN’s mission through program development and international collaborations on migration and diaspora.
