Egzon Gashi is the founder and executive director of Teach For Kosova, a non-governmental organization that aims to improve the education system in Kosova. Egzon has​ 10 years of work experience in education in both the United States and Kosova and is a lecturer at the American University in Kosova. He holds a BA from Rutgers University, an MA in secondary education at John Hopkins University, and is currently completing his doctoral studies in “Entrepreneurial Leadership in Education” at Johns Hopkins University. In 2021, he was named 30 under 30 in Europe in the field of social impact.
